Shipping policy

Orders placed and paid from Monday through Friday 2359pm (gmt+8) will be mailed out within 48 hours upon payment verification excludes weekends & public holidays. 
By placing an order via our website, we reserve the right to assume the customer's awareness of the arrival date of the products that they have ordered.
*We are only able to ship to Singapore and Malaysia at the moment.

Courier Service (Singapore)
Courier Service is free for nett order value above SGD30. There will be a shipping charge of SGD5 for orders below SGD30 unless stated otherwise during promotion period.

* All deliveries would be conducted by in-house fleet
* Notification would be made before delivery
* Please allow 2 working days for the parcel to reach you upon receiving postage confirmation email.

Courier Service (Malaysia)
Courier Service is free for nett order value above MYR600. There will be a shipping charge of MYR20 for orders below MYR600
* Tracking number will be provided.
